Selection procedure

Are you still interested in the property after the viewing?

Submit the requested documents, which we will handle in accordance with the GDPR (AVG) legislation.

Rental agreement

After approval of the documents, we will draw up a rental agreement.

You will receive this together with the invoices by email.

Key hand-over

After we have received the signed rental agreement and the invoices have been paid, we will schedule the key hand-over.

We record the condition of the home together by means of a digital report.

Moving

After the keys have been handed over, you can enjoy your new home!
