Nonnenwater

The old waterworks company is located on the Nonnenwater in Gouda. This entire area has been transformed in phases into, among other things, the destination of living. 17 apartments have been realized in the waterworks building on the Nonnenwater. The transformation of this building was completed in 2017. The municipal light factories were also located in this area, which were transformed into residential areas in 2019 (for more information, see "Hoge Gouwe"). In 2021 construction of a new building between the existing structures was finalized.

Within walking distance of both Gouda Station and the city center of Gouda, with nice shops and many nice cafés and restaurants. Gouda also has a very good location in relation to other cities in Het Groene Hart.

The apartments are spread over four floors and have a bicycle enclosure in the basement. The apartments vary in size from approximately 23m² to 62m². All kitchens are equipped with a cooking top with extractor fan as standard. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. All apartments have one bedroom and are equipped with a laminate floor.

Rental prices are between €650,- and €900,- per month (excluding utilities and service charges).

Due to the convenient location close to the Gouda trainstation and the various routes to Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague, these apartments are also perfect for expats.
