The Spoorstraat is within walking distance of Gouda train station and the historic city center of Gouda. Various shops were located on the ground floor of this complex. These have all been transformed into residential space. Above these shops are several apartments and studios.

The apartments and studios are all equipped with a kitchen with a cooking top and extractor fan. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Some types have a separate toilet. In addition, some apartments have a balcony or a garden. The apartments vary in layout and surface.
