Our method

Respond to a property

If you are interested in one of our properties, you can leave a comment online. Unfortunately, due to the many viewing requests, we cannot invite everyone for a viewing. Viewing rounds are always with a maximum of six candidates, so that the chance for you as a candidate is real that you will actually become the tenant. If we invite you for a viewing, we will call or email you. If you are not invited, you will always receive a message.


The viewing

We will show you the house during a viewing. We will discuss the further procedure and answer any questions you may have about the property. We ensure that the viewing is always personal and do not do group viewings. This way you will have the time to ask all your questions.


Selection

If you want to respond to the property after the viewing, you can do this by submitting your documents online. The form with the necessary information will be handed over at the viewing. We treat your documents in accordance with the GDPR legislation. From the candidates who have responded, we choose one candidate who will become the tenant. We call the new tenant. The candidates who unfortunately did not succeed will receive an email from us.

Rental agreement

After approval of the documents, the lease is drawn up. We strive to draw up the rental agreement as soon as possible after our agreement. You will receive the rental agreement including invoices by e-mail. You can return it to us after signing. After this, the owner will sign the rental agreement and you will receive it via our online portal on the day you receive the key.


Key handover

After signing the rental agreement and paying the invoices, we schedule the key handover with you. When the keys are handed over, we determine the condition of the house via a digital report. We note the number of keys you receive from us and record the meter readings. After this, enjoying your new home can begin!

Responding to a home Rental agreement After approval of the documents, we will draw up a rental agreement.
