The Raadhuisstraat is located in the Beerendrecht district, on the edge of Alphen aaan den Rijn. This is a popular residential area with the presence of various schools, shopping center "de Aarhof" and a short distance the recreation area Zegerplas, as well as roads to the major cities of the Green Heart. In short, a very nice location to live.

We offer apartments divided over two buildings; "Het Nieuwe Raadhuis" (18 apartments) and "t Oude Raadhuis" (9 apartments).

Various 2- and 3-room apartments have been realized, which are spread over the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. All apartments have a spacious living room with open kitchen, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a private bathroom with a shower, a floating toilet and a sink. Certain apartments have a private parking space.

The rental prices are between € 725 and € 1,000 per month, including service costs.
